World Environment Day

June the 5th has been designated by the United Nations: World Environment Day.

This day was established to highlight the importance of protecting and defend the environment together with the impact on the well-being of people and on economic development.

It is an opportunity to reflect on the importance of preserving and enhancing the environment, having as its ultimate goal a more conscious vision and responsible behavior by individuals, businesses and communities.

Our company has always been observant to the environment and increasingly involved in the theme of sustainability by submitting every year to the Ecovadis and Synesgy questionnaires, which allow us to monitor the actions taken and the results obtained at an environmental and sustainability level.

Among our actions aimed at reducing the company's impact is the installation of a photovoltaic system that contributes not only to reducing the company's energy consumption and emissions, but to covering almost 50% of our needs; the use of low environmental impact lubricants and oils; attention to water consumption.

However, our commitment must also be in small daily actions and shared objectives to increasingly reduce the impact on the environment. Change must start with each of us, but it is together that we can make a difference.
